Valor Vision’s Virtual Career Fairs are designed to create meaningful, structured connections between law enforcement agencies and the next generation of officers. Rather than large, impersonal events, our fairs prioritize conversation, mentorship, and alignment between candidates and agencies.

Free for Students & Educators

Participation is completely free for:

• Criminal justice students

• College and university professors

• Pre-employment police academy cadets

• Veterans exploring careers in law enforcement

Our goal is to remove barriers to access while encouraging early, informed engagement between candidates and recruiters.

Affordable for Agencies

For participating law enforcement agencies, the cost is: $295 per agency

This includes:

• Participation in the virtual career fair

• Structured, facilitated networking sessions

• Access to student and faculty participants

• Post-event follow-up support

We believe agencies should have access to high-quality recruitment opportunities without the high costs often associated with traditional career fairs.

How the Career Fair Works

1. Students, cadets, and veterans register in advance

2. Agencies register and provide basic recruiting information

3. Valor Vision matches participants based on interests and geography

4. Structured virtual networking sessions take place

5. Agencies receive post-event follow-up and contact information

This format allows agencies to build familiarity with candidates while giving students and educators meaningful exposure to departments and career paths.
